CHCPRT025
Identify & Report Children & Young People at Risk
Service Description
This nationally recognised unit equips participants with the knowledge and skills to identify children and young people who may be at risk of abuse, neglect, or harm, and to report in line with legislative, ethical, and organisational requirements. You’ll learn to recognise signs of risk, respond appropriately (including disclosures), maintain confidentiality, use child-focused and ethical work practices, and understand your duty of care. It’s relevant for anyone working with children or young people in education, childcare, community services, healthcare or similar sectors. Please note: CHCPRT025 replaces the previous unit CHCPRT001.
